The She Has A Name Film Team is proud to announce that Eugenia Yuan is playing the role of Mamma in the film adaptation of the critically acclaimed stage play by Andrew Kooman.
Ms. Yuan, who stars in the upcoming sequel to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny is a Hong Kong Oscar winner and daughter of martial arts legend ‘Pei-pei Cheng’. Other film credits include Memoirs of a Geisha and The Man With the Iron Fists 2.

Shot in Thailand, She Has A Name is a dramatic thriller. The film focuses on an investigation into a trafficking incident in South East Asia and explores the layers of corruption, globally, that enable the illegal sex trade to thrive.
The film is being directed by Matthew and Daniel Kooman from a screenplay by Andrew Kooman. The Kooman brothers along with Donna Abraham and Shari Aspinall are producing. Lance Kadatz is Executive Producer.
