The She Has A Name Film Team is proud to announce that Holly Pillsbury is playing the role of Ali in the film adaptation of the critically acclaimed stage play by Andrew Kooman.

Ms. Pillsbury is a stage and film actor based in Vancouver, BC. Some selected stage work includes Krista Marushy’s Cultivation (K), Anne of Green Gables(Diana Barry), Pride and Prejudice (Charlotte) and the original work Fat Mama Network, created by herself and some funny peeps (Mallory, a 7-year Shakespeare obsessed YouTube sensation, a free spirited yoga dancer and some other questionably sane comedic characters).

Her work on multiple independent film projects inspired her to start and create her own original work within the medium. Welcome to Tulip, a 30-minute comedic series, made it to the top 15 finalists for CBC ComedyCoup. Currently, she is producing, directing, acting and writing for episodes of the original web series My True Story alongside other local actors and creatives, including Giovanni Mocibob.
